Mack Daddy Woodworks has been handmaking wooden magic wands for nearly 5 years from over 180 different types of wood from 6 of 7 continents. These wands are all natural; there are no stains, dyes, paint, magnets, LEDs, gems, wire, or other artificial components. Everything you see is the natural color and figuring in the original piece of wood. All wands come with an insert identifying the tree and describing the various characteristics of the wood (and ideal wandmaster) - is it strong, endangered, resilient, flexible, or rare? Because we are local, if you have a specific wood type you're looking for that we do not have at the Con, we may be able to produce it at our studio near Columbia, Maryland and bring it next-day.
